After Bella fell asleep, I cleaned up and left the room, pulling the door quietly behind me. I made my way to the office, where Ash and Ares were already waiting, both looking up at me with barely concealed amusement.
"I hope you didn't break our mate," Ash said.
"I used my bag of tricks. It took a lot out of her," I told them. They nodded.
"She is going to lose her mind when it's all three of us at once," Ares said, smirking.
I shook my head. Bella was nowhere near ready for that yet.
"What's the update?" I asked, sitting down.
"Ethan called. They are tracking the vampires and Damon's wolves. The combined count is now at seven thousand, and it's growing. He believes the attack is coming soon. I've already called in our allies — Alpha Tork, Shane, and Reed will be here wi
