Danny Jackson and Paddy Conroy shuffled uneasily as they reported their failure to kill the American woman. They knew they had messed up and big time. Even more worrying was the fact that they had been instructed to meet their employer in person, rather than using a coded phone message, as usual. To actually meet the ‘big man’ gave them a distinctly uncomfortable feeling. Danny noticed how dry his mouth felt, but was certain that they were unlikely to be offered a drink by their demanding and, currently furious employer. This man reminded Danny of the business tycoon, Alan Sugar, but with a distinct Italian flavour.
