CHAPTER THIRTEEN : It was a cold, crisp yet dry, morning in late October, two thousand and eleven. Georgeo Petroski, a twenty-eight year old Albanian strode purposely along Oxford Street. Alex had been tailing him since the Albanian had left his apartment, ten minutes earlier. Although obviously noticeable with his guide dog, Alex hoped that Petroski was not aware of being tailed. He did wonder if anybody would ever suspect that they could be followed by an obviously blind person. Hopefully, this would not be the case. Alex had his sight switched to surveillance mode, where the images he scanned were fed back to GCHQ headquarters to check images against a huge computerized bank of known criminals and terrorist images.
