My phone rang sharply, startling me awake. Blinking against the dim glow of the screen, I saw William's name. His voice hit like a slap as I accepted the call.
"Thomas, it's bad. Turn on your pack channels now."
I didn’t ask questions. The urgency in his tone told me enough. My fingers fumbled to open the main Storm Pack communication feeds.
The headlines screamed at me: "Storm Pack Heir Implicated in Tainted Wolfsbane Scandal."
For a moment, I felt like I couldn’t breathe. Line after line of messages flooded the channels. Wolves from Crimson Moon Pack, Shadow Warriors, and even neutral territories were all condemning us.
