I furrowed my brows as the other man’s words sank in. Still frowning, I snatched the mirror from him and looked at my neck.
I wasn’t surprised to see the fang Marks. The pain I had felt that night had already told me what had happened.
“Jax didn’t kill me, so what’s the point? I can walk and talk, and I know I can survive. Just let me go!” I said in frustration, throwing the mirror against the wall. Before it could hit, however, it stopped mid-air and flew back into the drawer.
