I was woken by ice water landing on my face. Some of it landed on Jonathan as he began to whimper, my immediate response was to protect him with my arms.
“Look at what we have here?” A sickly voice, one that I did not recognise. “So this is Andre’s mate, you are quite the looker!” he began walking towards me, he was big, not as big as Raikon, with bright red hair and freckles.
My heart was beating so fast as he walked towards me, he must’ve picked up on my fear as a big smile appeared on his face.
“I like that you are scared, you should be!” He got closer to me, I looked down as I was not sure what he wanted me to do.
“Do as I say and nothing will happen to your darling brother!” he laughed as he got closer, knowing that I would do anything to protect him.
