CHAPTER SIX
Eliot felt himself on fire when he tasted her lips, she tasted so pure and sweet, he felt something stir in him, he wanted to have her by all means.
“Oh, is this your lover boy?” He smirked when Mark was on him.
Mark was burning in anger when he saw their lips locked, just a few minutes he went out of sight she was with another man.
“No Mark, everyone is watching” Clara quickly dragged him away from Eliot who was on the floor smiling.
“Let's go out of here and you get your f*****g hands off her” he pointed at Eliot and dragged her out if the restaurant.
“Bye sweetheart” He winked at her as he walked off.
“What is wrong with you Clara” Mark roared immediately they got into the car and slammed the car door in anger.
His blood was boiling when he remembered the position he saw them in.
“I'm sorry” she said meekly.
“I didn't know what came over me” she cursed herself for letting him kiss her but damn.. his lips felt good.
“Are you okay?” Clara jolted when Mark touched her.
“I'm sorry, I got carried away” she shouted at herself in her mind for thinking about him again, he was dangerous for her.
“Let's go back” He started the car.
“But there's still time” She argued as she checked her wristwatch which was just half past 4.
“We are going now” he said in a final tone as he gripped the wheels to contain his anger.
Clara decided not to argue, when Mark talked under his breath it means he was pissed off and she as his captain couldn't control him, she just had to sit put.
“You are early” Stephen looked at them when they entered.
“What's the problem” Allison asked, the air around them was heavy.
“Nothing” Mark grumbled as he walked to the bathroom and slammed the door making all of them shake.
“Waw, that's intense, what's wrong?” Allison and Stephen both turned to Clara.
“It's nothing, he's just angry” She replied.
“Why would you do that?, Do you even know who he is?” Mark suddenly opened the door and asked.
“Guys, what's wrong?” Allison looked at Stephen for help but he just shrugged his shoulders.
They both knew how Mark loved her so he would know how to deal with it.
“Why would you kiss him?” He shouted.
“What???” Allison and Stephen both shouted.
“Kiss who?” Stephen asked Mark.
“A bloody stranger, do you go around now kissing any guy” He questioned with disgust in his voice.
“Pak” Clara slapt his face and ignored the whispers from her teammates.
“Don't you dare talk to me like that, whosoever I kiss is none of you concern, so don't you dare talk to me that way” She said with her eyes blazing with anger.
“ I will be back” She walked out of the room leaving them speechless.
“What's wrong Mark?” Allison took his hand and sat him down.
“She's angry, I wasn't suppose to say that, I was just angry” He said with sadness in his voice.
“During our stakeout, I went to get coffee, when I came back she wasn't in the car. I just had a feeling she would be in the club so I decided to check then I saw her kissing a guy” He explained to them.
“That's serious, but who was the guy?” Stephen asked.
“I don't know but I've seen his face before, at the reception they talked but he was so f*****g rude and when I took her to a restaurant to clear her head, he was there staring at her, I think something must have happened” he told them.
“I wasn't expecting that, I think Clara likes him because I haven't seen her kiss any one since I've known her” Allison said to him.
“Like him, but how, they barely know each other for a week” Mark asked in disbelief.
He was still in shock, he couldn't get over the image in his head.
“I know, I just knew Stephen for two weeks before I fell in love with him” She looked at Stephen with love in her eyes while he pecked her.
“You shouldn't have said what you said to her” Stephen said to him.
“She doesn't know you have feeling for her so she would get angry when you talk to her like that” Stephen told him.
“But I love her, I love her so much and it pains me she doesn't see it” Mark
shouted in frustration.
“Love who?” Clara voice sounded surprising everyone.
