Sophia faked a smile "well what can I say, eating is important"
"That's true though, very important" I return the fake smile before looking around. Rwanda seems lost in her own world as she barely looks up or says anything. Her husband is also distant from everybody, they both look like they are uncomfortable. Well that makes three of us then. Diego and the girls busy themselves on their phone and I sigh, feeling tired already.
Romero clears his throat "let's eat!" He announces before picking up his cutlery, I nod in agreement before picking up mine, my stomach ready to receive food. I don't know why I suddenly turned hungry. The maids emerge from the kitchen to serve the food but Romero send them away.
"We'll do it ourselves" he said before proceeding to dish out his own food.
