The orc that gave the order seems to be the chief of the orcs’ clan or something close to that identity. He was wearing a crown made of a human skull and around his neck was an amulet made of precious gold and precious stones.
There are several orcish clans, some older than others. Some, like the 'Bone Harrow' clan, appear to be ancestral and well-established, indicating perhaps that they evolved over time out of a family or tribal network.
