The stock actually slid this morning based on the doubt they are creating.” He shook his head. “I thought that you could handle this, Sean. I mean, we"re prepared to settle the case, and you were supposed to be motivating them to be reasonable. They are telling our lawyers that there will be no settlement unless it includes our obligation to retract our stated results and adopt their numbers. So how much have you motivated them, Sean?”
“I know that they are getting nervous, so it"s moving in the right direction.”
