[Astrid P.O.V.] Sunlight streamed through the mullioned windows of Atlas’s office. I sat curled sideways on Atlas’s lap, legs tucked over his thighs, fingers absentmindedly tracing the collar of his shirt. His chin rested against the top of my head, the steady thrum of his breathing grounding me. “I was thinking we keep the redo simple,” I murmured, half-lost in the embrace. “Just us, the pack, something outside.” Atlas made a low sound in his throat, fingers trailing slow circles over my spine. “If you’re in a sundress, I don’t care where it is.
