The Nanny Contract

Chp. 10- The long day.

Sammy pov:

Once in class I put my things away then met up with my friends, we are the popular click. :)

My bother was a bit dorky and I didn't know about Willie but he was interesting.

He was in my brother grade and a bit cute. I could tell he had a hard life. It was written all over him.

He was tan and had deep brown eyes. A bit shorter than me but the longest eyelashes longer then mine. Which wasn't fair.

Us girls did our makeup before class.

We got their early to do it.

I told them all about Willie and how cool he was.

All of them were in awe over him but I told them hands off he is mine.

I am twelve and he is ten. But age is just a number right?

It didn't matter with in days all of the girls were going to be all over him. Eyer roll.

He was good at sports in his gym hour rumors got texted around fast and how he was the best looking boy in our school in every girls opinion.

I know my father likes his mother but I can't help it sense he was so nice to me after Hedi came to visit I feel drawn to him.

After a few classes I had lunch with my bother and Willie. Normally I sit wit my girls but. I Went over to sit by the boys under the tree instead of in the lunch room.

It was a nice change of pace.

" Hey. How was your first day so far Willie? Liam didn't get you into to much trouble did he? " I asked.

" Hi, Sammy! Not to much trouble. And not to bad I guess, it could be worse. " He said back. So nonchalant it was epic.

We are the rest of lunch in silent. As Liam's dorky friends sat by eating so nervously.

I could almost laugh.

My friends were staring at me out the window.

I could tell they wanted to come over but didn't want to risk their reputations like me to be out here.

Willie POV:

As Sammy walked up I got super nervous this was going to end bad I just knew it, just like the rest of this morning had been.

Some kids picked on me. Because the girls loved me.

Not my fault I have this stupid eyelashes. They hurt so bad when they get stuck in my eye.

" Hey. How was your first day so far Willie? Liam didn't get you into to much trouble did he? " Sammy asked blushing.

" Hi, Sammy! Not to much trouble. And not to bad I guess, it could be worse. " I said back so nonchalantly I was super cool. B)

We ate the rest of lunch under the tree in silence. It was nice.

So I didn't have to be nervous. I like Sammy we played videogames and chatted as well she is a cool chick.

Girls my age are dumb.

After we ate we put our trash in the bins and just walked around before class started.

Sammy, Liam and I.

" So about the other night thanks for just pretending nothing happened. s**t in our lives are crazy." Sammy said in a hushed tone, so no one around us could hear.

" She wants to send Liam and I away to boarding school once she gets married to our father. We are trying so hard to chase her off like all other other's and the dirty nannies." Sammy added.

" You have to help us and make sure that doesn't happen. " Sammy said.

" Once a week Liam and I meet up in an empty classroom and discuss our plan to get rid of her." Sammy said once we rounded the court outside again. "Please join us. Tonight is that night your in luck."

Liam added.

" Smell you later. " Sammy said as she ran off to class.

Liam and I made our way back to class. We took our seats.

My phone buzzed.

Sammy: Sorry I didn't mean to make you join us after school, you don't have too.

Willie: I would love to see you then.

I put my phone away as the teacher came in.

Perfect timing, things were looking up.

" Today. History..." The teacher began.

I daydreamed and thought back to last year. And the bullies there. Here is better.

Much.

A while later.

In the club meeting.

Sammy pov:

I was already in the club waiting.

Once they arrived we all chatted for a while. And explained our club to Willie.

Our club was for power families here in the big apple.

We got together and socialize once a week.. And played games and stuff. Whatever we wanted.

Then a few more friends joined in. We all played games and chatted and had a blast until it was time for Willow to pick us all up. We got ready and headed towards the front of the building.

I can not believe how rude the teacher was to her this morning I hoped she got some great things. Everyone was talking about it

After a a few games we all got into some bean bags and discussed the next plan to get rid of Heidi.

Willow POV:

Logan was already there and inside waiting for me.

I was nervous I changed in the store and had a makeover basically done. I looked like a rich snob. Or at least a rich snobs well paid nanny. Hahaha.

I walked in and the hostess greeted me.

" Hello. Logan is waiting for you right this way. "

I followed her inside the beautiful restaurant.

Windows... A lot of them and a huge sky light. Then glass walls, that blur the people on the other side of them.

I caught up with her. " Hey how did you know who I was? I asked her.

" Logan showed me your picture. We have to sure this is an upscale 5 star restaurant. We are by reservation only. The only reason he got in is because Mr Michaels called him his behalf. " She said blushing as she finally rounded one of those weird glass walls.

" Here you are Willow, hope you enjoy. Your personal server will be here shortly." She said, then pulled out my chair for me.

After that she left us.

I finally looked up at Logan.

He was almost as handsome as Kyle was.

" Thank you for meeting me here Willow. With Mr. Michaels going out of town for a few days he wanted me to go over a few things on the schedule to make sure they get done. " He said with a sly, cute smirk on his face.

" What are they?" I asked. Mentally preparing for the worst I went over the schedule they had emailed me already.

" Well Sammy, has ballet and gymnastics. Then a dance class as well. Also a tutor comes by twice a month on Saturday's. This Saturday they will be here. You are going to be supervising them. Normally it's my job but I am going with him and a few guards will be staying here for the everyone's sake. " Logan said.

" No problem, I also know Liam has karate. And does computer coding class after school twice a week. " I said. Putting my hands on my cheeks waiting for the waitress or waiter.

Just then someone came from behind the glass wall with a hands full. On the tray he had some delicious looking appetizers and a pitcher of water, with two frosty chilled glasses.

Mmmmm...

I am hungry.

" Here is a two appetizers. Courtesy of us, then enjoy our delicious fresh mountain water." He said super happy.

He set our delicious looking appetizers down.

" Here is chef's take on mozzarella sticks. He did little bite size ones fired and some delicious meat red sauce to dip them in." He placed them in the middle of the table.

He then set our glasses down and poured us some water.

" Here is the chef's famous gingery shrimp toasts. Enjoy. " He said.

" The menu is on here. " Then placed down for us both a hard clear plastic see though Qr code for us to scan. And walked off.

The menu looked super fancy.

The shrimp dish sounds delicious. And then there was chicken and dumpling soup with spinach and carrots and celery.

Ooo my what a fantastic new restaurant..

I read reviews about them in the New York times.

One of Gordon Ramsay students, own's this place.

We chatted and enjoyed lunch he was a great person to get to know.

Turns out Logan grew up here in New York. He has been Kyle's best friend and personal bodyguard for a while now. Best friend since they were five and body guard since highschool.

His parents sent him to a training camp, then sent both of them to a class to get to know so many different styles of karate, and mixed street fighting style jiu jitsu.

He also took a up gun training and is now a pro.

He was something else. Learning about what Kyle was like as a kid from his best friends side was nice.

He also gave me the down low on Hedi. Kyle can not stand her, but a year after his wives passing they started pushing her on him. Now they made her his fiancee.

I looked at my phone. " Omg. The time they should be ready anytime now. It is a half and hour drive from here. My phone says. After looking at the map." I roll my eyes.

" Yes don't forget and stay safe I will be paying for lunch, later Willow. Just know if you break Kyle's heart there will be consequences. " He said cold as ice.

I left and made my way out to my car.

What have I gotten my self into now.

When I got to the school the kids were waiting for me, we walked back to the van.

The mean lady was harassing another nanny or mother it looked liked.

Once everyone was settled. I made sure they were all buckled in and then checked were the kids needed to be.

Sammy had ballet.

We all made our way though traffic to drop Sammy off for practice. I could not believe the rich people tunnel had traffic. I laughed in my head a bit.

We pulled up to her class.

She got out and gracefully closed the door behind her.

She bounced off to class I watched her walk into the dance studio my self. From our parking spot right out front.

I drove the boys back to the apartment.

I made them a snack and they did homework.

A while later we could smell what the chef was making dinner for us all, you could smell it. Some kind of roast.

Mmm.

I watched them and helped them out with what I could.

School work now a days is a lot different then when I was younger.

Everything is almost gone digital for schools. It's amazing.

I picked up Sammy, and the boy's wanted to play a video game and I let them. I told the body guard I was picking up Sammy and that they boys where playing in Liam's room.I asked the body guard too, keep an eye on them for me until I got back.

He nodded and made my way to the elevator.

I was sad to think Kyle was not going to be here for a bit.

And I wished to God I never see that C-U-N-T, Heidi again. I know that is bound to happen. I know he doesn't want to be with her. He just needs to put his foot down with his parents.

Yeah right. Rich people. The other half lives completely different lives then us.

I was mentally cursing out his parents in my head all the way to grab Sammy.

I went in and I watched her get on her regular shoes then we left.

She was quite all the way home.

I tried asking her how class went the most I got was a look of annoyance from her so I just gave up.

Once home the chief let me know dinner was done.

I told everyone to get ready for dinner and meet me in the dinning room.

Dinner looked delicious. Beef roast with carrots and twice baked potatoes.

We all ate almost every bite.

Everyone didn't really chat much during dinner. Thought Sammy did seem to cheer up with each bite.

Once everyone was done. The maid grabbed the plates.

" I am going to do my homework, please do not bother me. " Sammy said and then got up and left.

Wow guess she wasn't done being annoyed at who ever bothered her at dance.

Liam and Willie followed after her. " We are going to live stream a game or two. " The boys said and headed towards Liam's room.

So I got up and decided to take a bath and enjoy my evening while everyone was settling into the evening activities.

Once I had the bath ready with the bubbles and bath salts.

I got in and started to relax.

As I soaked my naked body and all the days tension any my mind wondered.

Back to my past.

Flash back in time.

We were all on the run from Will's boss.

In a motel scared.

" Baby, I know he hurt you bad but we can work this out. He doesn't even know you are gone yet. Willie is safe we can be a family again." I shuttered as he told me.

He came close to me.

I backed into the wall. " Please do not touch me. I can not stand it now. And we will never be a family again Will! You gave me to him. And we are lucky we still have Willie! " I screamed back at him.

" Hush, we don't want them calling the cops or kicking us out. " Will said, with and attitude.

Willie started crying. I went over to him and comforted him.

" Shh, we are okay. It's okay. " I coo'd to him.

Will was looking out the window.

" Okay I will grab dinner. You two relax. " He said. Then left us.

I can not even believe after everything that happened to me he wanted to be with me again. F-u-c-k him.

We where on the floor I moved to the bed and put on the TV and found some cartoons for Willie.

I wanted to not be on the run but what other options did I have say with that man and be r-a-p-e-d more?

Or her other girls being r-a-p-e-d and or tortured. Two years in that hell hole. I never wanted to go back.

Of course by the end I had the boss wrapped around my finger. But I was still under lock and guard.

We were lucky to escape.

Now just to find a place to settle in. Once there I can break away from Will and find out own path. He is just going to get us caught.

As Willie feel asleep waiting on his father to come back.

I started crying and making a plan in my head.

Back to the present.

I got cleaned up and then got out of the bath. I can not believe I thought of that moment.

I couldn't stand the first motel we stopped in. The arguments we had. The crying I did.

So glad to be where I was now. I never wanted to think about him or my past again. Even though Kyle said I was safe I was always looking over my shoulder.
