I look down. The book I'm meant to be reading is upside down. I curse myself.
"Nice way to play it cool," Lexi says.
I'm really starting to consider that wolfsbane tea right about now. Lexi growls at my thought. I turn the book the right way up and make an attempt to read. I've read the first paragraph three times without any of it going in before I give up entirely.
I decide Ethan is right. A spot of exercise might be a good way for me to blow off some steam. Instead of running, I decide a workout in the gym is in order. As I walk across the courtyard, I half expect Ethan to run up beside me and I'm annoyed at how disappointed I am when he doesn't.
