"I demand to see my fiance's mother this instant." Ethan stands.
"She will feel better once the full moon wanes," my father explains.
"How is that possible?" Ethan takes a step toward the door. "We are at our strongest when the moon is full. I am going to the SilverPine mansion, with or without you."
My father gives me a meaningful look as if I can do anything to change Ethan's mind.
"Come now, Alpha. You know better than to set foot on rival land without an invitation."
