Everyone bowed their heads into submission except for me. I am not sure as to why I didn't feel the need to bow my head into submission but out of respect I did. The Luna used to have that effect on me until I got my wolf and found out about the triplets being my mates. As I was deep in thought the clicking of heels sounded closer until they came to a stop.

"Anyone care to explain as to what in the hell is going on?" Luna Marie asked with an icy tone. Brittney spoke up, I lifted my head ever so slightly to see she still had her head bowed but was trembling, it made me smirk with satisfaction that these little children are practically wetting themselves over the Luna's presence.

"L-Luna, it was Lilly who decided to start the fight first." Brittney stuttered in a small voice, I rolled my eyes at how she practically couldn't even tell a good lie. I was tired of being pushed around. I didn't understand as to why it was so bad that I was mated to the triplet Alpha's, it was as if the moon goddess was practically laughing in my face at this very moment. The Luna has never sided with me on anything so I would not be shocked if she felt sorry for these poor excuses of human beings.

"Is that so?" Luna Marie asked calmly

"Yes, Luna Marie, it is." Brittney said confidently, she has guts I'll giver her that much.

"Lilly, Lift your head and look at me." Luna Marie said sternly, I lifted my head up, I stared into her cold gray eyes that bore into my mismatched ones.

"Is what Brittney said true?" She asked me not breaking her stern glare at me. I smirked at her,

"No, it is not. I have no intention of lying, I will not stand here and be accused of something I did not start. I was simply trying to ignore them but of course words were said and well you can guess the rest." I said folding my arms across my chest. Luna Marie looked as if she was about to explode when more foot steps were heard coming down the stares. Just in time.

"What's going on here mother?' Cree asked as he walked past his mother towards me, slipping his arm around my waist. It caught me off guard.

"I heard yelling and came down to see your so called mate on top of Brittney." Luna Marie pointed a finger at me and I scoffed.

"Maybe if you heard what actually happened you wouldn't be so quick to judge!" I threw my hands up in the air, I was so tired of fingers being pointed for things others didn't even consider knowing about.

"And just what is that supposed to mean?!" Luna Marie asked raising her voice. I removed myself from Cree stepping closer to Luna Marie.

"I mean that ever since I became the triplets mate you have done nothing but scorn me, I mean that ever since I was a child I have become your very own personal punching bag! You didn't even get the full story!! Just like how you told me to suck it up and be a maid after I had lost everything!! I am tired of being a punching bag for everyone!! If for just once you could step back and realize how ridiculous you all sound it would make things so much easier!!!!" I screamed in her face then stomped off.

{Cree's POV }

I stood there shocked as my mate stormed off. Her hair was glowing and my mother actually looked frightened.

"Mother what is going on? Is what she said true?" I asked staring at her with confusion. I knew she was a maid but they had never properly explained as to how she got here.

"Yes. It is." My mother sighed rubbing her forehead.

"You mean to tell me she couldn't even properly grieve her family?" I asked choking on my own words. How could mother and father keep such important information about what happened to her. I feel like such a d**k for the way we have treated her all these years. It was no wonder why she had such harsh feelings towards us.

"I let her grieve, but I wasn't about to take in a nobody for free!" Mother raised her hands in anger, I looked at her with disgust.

"FOR FREE?! Mother, what exactly happened to her as a child????" I yelled clenching my fists.

"We found her in her home while it was on fire, she was hiding from men who were clearly after her. Her parents were murdered in cold blood and as for the rest of her pack, they all died." Mother sighed

"Then how did you even find her? How did this even come about?" I asked trying to understand just what in the hell was going on.

"I am not discussing this right now!" My mother yelled turning around to walk away from me.

"MOTHER! YOU CAN'T JUST WALK AWAY FROM THIS!" I yelled walking after her.

I have to know what in the world my parents are hiding.
