There was a blur and Derick was flung across the hallway. His body hit the wall with a resounding c***k of bones breaking. Derick fell down to the floor and groaned in pain when he landed on his broken arm. Before him stood a smirking Chade.
Alex was about to rush to his cousin's aid when Chade turned into a blur yet again.
"Go find your mates, I'll look after Derick", Chris told Alex while rushing towards Derick.
"He will be fine", his mother reassured him as they rushed up stairs.
What they saw when they got to the top of the stairs was something they were not expecting. The walls were not painted in blood but they couldn't decide whether the sight before them was worse on not.
