Jessica lied down on her bed with her head propped up on a pillow, her hand trailed down to her stomach and she rubbed it in a circular motion. A little smile found its way to her lips. She was having a child with the love of her life, her soul mate.
The little being inside of her seemed to sense that she was thinking about him or her and it gave a little kick. Jessica's eyes flew open and she wanted to call on her soulmate to come and feel the baby kick but when she realized where she was she didn't bother getting up.
She worked hard to get where she was in life, next to Alex and she was glad that it was almost over. When she thought about Alex her thoughts drifted to Derick and she frowned. She didn't get what Derick wanted with Lana but she had warned him to stay away.
