All the way home Lana didn't see Derick's car or maybe she wasn't paying attention. By the time she pulled up into the driveway Lisa was awake and was busy trying to comfort her but by that time Lana had been alone with her thoughts for too long so when she parked the car she got out, kicked off her shoes and ran into the woods.
Lisa called after her but Lana didn't stop, she felt guilty for leaving her sister like that but the further she went the fainter Lisa's voice became and the less guilty she felt. She ran for what felt like hours, increasing her speed with every pace. Her wolf was itching to come out and she let it, she leaped off the ground, her body emanating a blinding glow and she phased in midair landing down on all fours, then the blue-black wolf tore through the woods.
