Journey

"The end is only the beginning. As we sit here ready to say our goodbyes in a few hours, we must look back at the accomplishments we have made. The hearts we have broken. The games we have won. The teachers we have brought chaos upon. The friends we have both lost and gained. Many of us think that there is no life after high school. That is not true. In fact, there is one where you can decide what you want to do. High school is only a glimpse of what the actual world is like. Not everything is going to go your way. You will have to beat obstacles, fight fights and even curse. But it is the results you will gain after all that, that will really matter. We leave this noble institution having some of the best high school memories. And if you did not have a good high school memory, make one in the future. As I finish my speech I just want to say that live this life like it is your last." I sat looking at one of my best friends with tears clouding my sight. That speech was absolutely amazing. As I said before I would not have chosen any one better to do the job myself. We all rose to give our rounds of applause. The graduation ceremony is officially over. Thank god. We decided to head over to my house to have our own little graduation party before going to the official one. To say the group was shocked at how big our house was would be an understatement. ----- The music blared as the front door opened. There was pretty much all of the graduating class packed in one house. It was annoying to say the least because of our improved hearing we were able to hear everything. Plus it did not help that the music seem to be at its highest. I spun around not caring if the others followed and exited the premises. I will not subject myself to that place. "Where are you going sis?" Mystrian questioned. "Out of here if you haven't realized it by now. So bye" I said still walking. "Hold up we are coming with you!" "And why would you guys do that?" I asked them because despite the fact that I want them to come I don't want to force them to do it. "Because we" , "would much" ,"be somewhere", "else that is anywhere but here" "and especially if she is going to be here" at that last statement we spun around in unison to see Brittney approaching our group. "Okay as soon as she approaches we all flee. Got it. Ok. Good" I said to them. We turned around just as she approached. "Hey guys, how's the party" and as soon as that statement was finish we all took off leaving her there looking puzzled. "What time are we supposed to be leaving tomorrow?" Astra asked. "Around noon." "Why so late I am sooo eager to get out of this town." "Honey do you think all of this happens naturally. I need my beauty sleep."
