At the hospital after taking x-rays. We learned that I sprained my wrist. Nothing too serious but the doctor suggested that I must keep my hand immobilized for a few days and do nothing my rest. Keep ice on it as much as I can and keep it elevated. I also had to wear a splint for a few days until the doctor is happy with the results.
Jason had to return to the base but drove home every night to be with me so that he can take care of me. I had to stay out of the gym for a while until I am properly healed. The closest thing to working out was jogging and taking Bruno for walks.
