The frown on Ivory’s face deepened. Lucien, noticing this, stood behind her and placed a comforting hand on her shoulder, snapping her out of her thoughts.
He flashed her one of his usual smile and gave her shoulder a gentle squeeze, before turning his attention back to Carlos.
