Ivory had clocked out early from the office the following day, insisting on saving up enough strength for her father.
She wanted to be ready to deal with whatever drama he was going to pull.
Following the address she has been sent the previous day, she arrived at a bar in-built in a hotel, The Garden Of Eden, as it was ironically named. She went into the bar section and immediately spotted her father.
“I’m so glad you came, Ivy,” He said as she took a seat in front of him in the boot he was seated, making sure to keep her distance.
“I almost thought you wouldn’t come,” raising his hand, he waved a waiter over. “Tell me, what would you like to have?”
“Can we please get this over with quickly, I have places to be.” Ivory insisted and Lionel cracked a smile.
