Chapter Sixty-Five
I went back in the kitchen and they were almost done cooking. "Ooh that smells nice" I said as I washed my hands. I grabbed a fork and took a bit from Leah's plate. My Mom served the food and I rushed it quick. I haven't felt that hungry in ages. After dinner, I told them about the call as we were cleaning up. "So we're meeting at 10. Will you guys be okay?" I asked Carrie and Leah. I forgot to tell him Carrie and Leah were coming too. "You can call him back now" Leah suggested. "Nah, I'll call him first thing in the morning. Don't forget though, 10AM". If I could, I'd make them stay home but what was the point keeping them away from it, we were all investigating together before the incident at the Castle.
