I take small breaths. Yesterday, right after we won the Games, they took pictures of us. They said it's for recording purposes, but I doubt it. The same as the last Game, our faces will fill the magazines for quite a time. It’s done so they can encourage the poorest to join the Game.
Now, having a good night's sleep and being able to exercise early in the morning, I feel my strength returning. I’ve been meditating to calm myself and to remember everything that I’ve learned so far—from being a clone in the government facility to my life outside, and then when I met all the people inside the Game—it’s only been a little over a month, but it felt like I was there for a whole year.
