A small group of women already stood chatting by the stage. Other students, I presumed. Each one with a newly acquired glass of wine in hand. Suddenly I was very glad Chloe had convinced me to wear better clothes, for the women that were in front of me were definitely not dressed casually. All of them sported flirty sundresses in bright colors, some with ruffled edges and bows. My own tattered skirt seemed rough in comparison. “Would you ladies like a glass of wine?” Syrinx asked, grinning at us kindly. “Yes,” Chloe answered and I nodded in agreement. Syrinx gestured gracefully towards a small table in the corner, bottles of wine and glasses lined the middle of it, cheese and fruit boards were at each end. Two young women dressed in the same type of flowing togas that Syrinx wore poured
