She checked her phone to see if Kelvin James had called but nothing. It took only twenty minutes to reach where he was and she remembered to be polite.

''Hey Kelvin, this place is amazing. I have never been here before.''

''Hey Soledad, you are on time.''

'' Yes I am, are you surprised?''

''Mmh to be honest I am, Kenyans are never early to a party.''

''This is not a party, Mr.''

''It is to me, I love golfing. I have been doing this since I was 12 years old. Come here, let's see what you got on those pretty little fingers of yours.''

Kelvin went behind Soledad's back and held her hand, showing her how to hold the golf stick. He moved his hands up to her waist, showing her the best angle.

'' No, no, I'll do this myself.''

''I thought you had never played golf before.''

'' yes I have never, but I have seen on TV how they kick the ball. I will do it that way.''

''Lady, this is not TV, this is real life and it's different. Someone has to show you, are you always this stubborn?''

He moved closer to her again; she allowed him to teach her this time. This was nice, she thought. She did not make any progress, but somehow Kelvin kept praising her, and she knew he was just pulling her leg.

''We should go and get some lunch.'' Suggested Kelvin.

'' Tell me more about yourself'' Kelvin began once they were seated.

''My name is Soledad Alvarez.''

As they were leaving, he pulled her chair and held her hand as they walked out. Damn, and he is romantic too. She found herself slipping away in her fantasies. Suddenly, she heard the car door slam.

''Lord, he is early. I won't have time for anybody else today.'' she shrugged her shoulders and waited for him to spot her.

'' well thank you for being considerate, let us get in. My friends were here earlier and they are probably seated somewhere, so let's find them.''

From the corner of her eyes, she could see how the club was packed and she spotted some of her male friends, but somehow she ignored them. It doesn't matter, even if he is broke it's still a plus being seen with a handsome man like him, and to be honest, I still don't understand how he is not rich. He smells richness in him. She thought

''Oh, it's afternoon, are you high? You left me yesterday. You said you would be back but instead, you went clubbing.?''

Grr...grrr another phone call, this time around a saved number.'' Hey sleepy, are you awake?''

''Eve..hey good morning, yes someone just woke me up with a phone call.''
