Loren headed down to the loundge area but then out the company. She sat down at a bench and just stared into nothingness. “Dating someone, but who? There are no candidates… ha…” She looked a bit hopeless as she looked at the various other couples that seemed so happy around her.
“Hi there, can I sit down?” Jasmine approached her with a cheery smile.
“Sure.” Loren agreed while glancing up at the woman, she wore a smile on her face but it had been obvious she’s cried.
“Can I have a smoke?” Jasmine asked her while tilting her head to the side.
“I’m not smoking.” Loren told her while showing her empty hands.
“But you do have some…” Jasmine replied as she pointed to the woman’s jacket’s breast pocket.
