Bumpy surprise

" Would you mind giving me a ride ? " The familiar face stop him from reaching his car. As shook as I am, I look anywhere else to find someone I don't even know who.

Me?

" Ar...Are you talking about me? " I said, pointing myself. She just shook her head as a yes.

" Why ? " I ask in confusion. Isn't she with her husband? Did she wait here for me? Wait.

A sudden shock run to my nerve and doubt her intention. Is she a stalker ? Or a scammer who just plan with his partner to rob him from the very start?? Are they waiting inside to find a perfect victim? Is the scene before was just an act??? She mean about being attracted to me is that I'm the perfect one?? It can't be.

Those scramble question make me feel dizzy. And I didn't notice my eyes grew bigger with those thought.

" Hey. I'm not a bad person " She protested.

" That's what a bad person would say" I replied, studying her every move.

" Gosh. I can't believe this. " she said feeling disappointed with my reaction. " I swear I am not. My husband run off so I thought of having a taxi, but I don't see any. "

She explained. Even though she seems telling the truth. Can't be relaxed as I was scammed before. Without noticing, I opened the car and fasten my seatbelt. I just only realized she was sitting beside me and fixing her safety belt.

" Why are you inside my car again? " I asked, confused. Trying to recall if I agreed to give her a lift.

" Come on. We're friends now right? " She said. And I hate that smiling face of her.

" No. we don't " I said. Looking at her seriously. I heard her sighed with my answer.

" I want you to help me. I need to follow that bastard so my eyes can be finally open with reality " She explained looking infront with her serious tone.

" And why me? I don't even know you " I said.

" Aren't you looking for something to pass your dull time? " she said with her brightest smile. I raised my brow still doubting her. Like, who wouldn't ? Even if I'm a guy, she's still the strangest stranger I've met.

" Who said that? Miss, aren't you scared I would do something to you ? As I'm scared of something you might done to me? " I said making her realize the situation. Ofcourse, I'm more scared about what's gonna happen to me.

" Geez. You're the driver. Besides, we are surrounded by CCTV cameras. I am the one who approach you " she said sounded like assuring him that everything is fine. Sighed.

" I'm warning you, if you do something stupid I will push you out the car " I said and start the engine.

" Okay " She replied but I can see on her face that she's excited. She really look like someone who doesn't care about her cheating partner. Well its a good thing though. If your partner cheated on you and being cold to you don't just sit around and break yourself more, do something to make him pay in a very tantalizing way that will make him regret cheating on you.

" So you're married. Don't you dare cheat on her " She warned. I just rolled my eyes.

" What? Does she know you are - " then she look at me, analyzing every inch of me.

" It's none of your business " I said, focusing myself in driving.

" I'm just.... surprised. You know. Well, my husband marry me too. But, he go back to where he really is " Her last words sounds regretting. I looked at her by my peripheral.

" It's not my business though, but why don't you just confront him? " I asked.

I'm just a bystander and now became a driver to caught her cheating husband so I think it's not bad even just a little to get interested in her situation right? Though I'm really not into that kind of stuff. I was cheated before too, but for money. Geez. Can't help remembering that fungus.

" Ofcourse I'd loved to, but infront of his mistress....... a guy. To be specific "

This time I looked at her with both of my eyes that I forgot about the steering wheel, I almost lost control of my lovely car. s**t.

" HAHAHA " Can't believe she just laugh it off. We almost died you know. I wanted to shout it out but I lost my composure because of our almost-accident. " That was wild " she added while laughing. She even wipe a tear from her eyes. Seriously ?

Sighed. Okay, I'll admit it. Even if I also like men, what she just said was a real bomb.

So he was gay.

Maybe she still doesn't realize I am too. What reaction would she make if she knew ? Now, I felt bad about her.

" I hope you don't do that to your partner " she smiled at me but it was a smile hoping that I really won't.

Is it okay if I tell her that it wasn't a woman but a guy, too?

" I'm not against about boys liking men, but what I don't get is... why marry a woman if you can't be a faithful one, you can just live your life with the person you love. I mean, I accepted him even though he has a background and loved that side of him, but he still go back to where really makes him happy " She giggled that surprised me, I don't know why I'm feeling a little guilty or I'm just mistaking it of feeling bad about her. " Sorry 'bout that " she said sweetly, the way she talk is really real that's why I'm contemplating if I will tell the truth.

" Your awesome " I said out of the blue.

" I'm what ? " Then she laugh again, this time a very loud one.

I feel bad about her but also getting annoyed with her.

" I think we're soulmates " she said tapping my shoulder.

" I'm a married man, so back off your paws " I warned.

" Oh. Are you the top one or down below? I'm gonna be blatant but....your better below" then giggled again.

" Oh for dumb sake, please shut up your mouth! " I said irritated but also blushing.

So she know.

She laugh it off again, and do more garbage talk until we reach the location.

It was a famous hotel in the area, I even checked-in there for one night as I was really drunk and experience a one night luxury bed. I'm a dumber that night.

" So? " I ask, waiting for what she have plan.

" That's a fucki'n money " she muttered as she wandering her eyes in the wholeness of the grand hotel.

You just know the hotel name but doesn't know that it was really fucki'n luxurious hotel? I wanted to yell that at her but choose not. Anyway, she looks like a child getting amaze of new discovery. Sighed.

Now, can I just drop her here? Or should I stick my whole nose into her problem?

" I don't know.....w-what would I s-say when I entered that " she said looking at me feeling helpless and clueless.

Oh dear me.

I choose the latter.

" Hi gorgeous, I'm a friend of Mr. - " I looked at the girl to find the answer that she caught onto fast.

" Cullin " She answered. Looking at the receptionist with a smile.

Thank goodness she's not dumb.

" Yes, Mr. Cullin. And this is her wife Mrs. Cullin." I said, showing of my talent in acting. I even hold both of Mrs. Cullins shoulder so the receptionist would know that I'm referring her. " So, I need a keycard to his room. You know, today is his birthday so this very friend of mine wanted to surprise him. " My charismatic aura was overflowing with even just wearing this cheap sunglasses I made her pay for me make the receptionist swayed by my charm. Well, that's the only thing nobody could steal.

Before we went out the car, I told her that we need a props to be real, she ask why but I shut her off. So we went on a nearby boutique, bought an expensive wine and a bouquet of flowers that ofcourse. My favorite. I make her pay for it too as it is for his cheating husband and I don't want to waste my remaining money.

" Oh. Is that so? But, Its our policy not to — "

I shut her off, coz I know what she's gonna say.

" You're pretty gorgeous " I said as if really amazed with her appearance, she smiled a little and blush with my little compliment. Though its just part of our act. " I hope the baby inside this momma's stomach would look like you too if she grew up " I said, pinching Mrs. Cullin shoulder so she would go with the flow.

She giggled. " You're right. It was also the reason why I'd like to surprise him " She said, overstepping my acting. I smiled. She's a good liar too.

" Yeah, what a really big surprised. So, " I went nearer the counter. " You would really be a big help to the success of this bumpy surprise, you know. We only need your little. Cooperation." I push down a little my sunglasses and winked at her.

I can see the excitement in her face but still thinking twice if she will give us a spare key to Mr. Cullins room.

" For a moment, I will just check it " said the receptionist and sat down facing her computer.

We both release a big sigh of relief as the acting was a success. But we still need to act according to plan.
