It's been half a month since Zoe was held captive in Antonio's mansion, since their last encounter she hadn't set eyes on him, he came back home when she was fast asleep and returns to work early before she wakes up. That had been the routine for days now, the silence in the house was overwhelming, Rachael's daily trouble and all her confiscated properties.
"Your food is ready, ma'am." Rosaria alerted, Oh Rosaria the personal maid, she only talked when need arises and some times she acts dumb.
"Not hungry." Zoe answered as she placed her full attention on the television.
"But Alpha..." Rosaria replied searching for answers in Zoe's eyes but there was none, just a blank hopeless face.
The main door to the living room opened revealing Ethan, the Beta and there he is again acting non chalant about everything.
"The Alpha asked me to pick up some documents." Ethan said shortly and left to find the so called documents where he was told it would be. None of the girls answered him, they were lost in their own world, one was Zoe staring deeply at the TV without blinking for a second and another was Rosaria standing like a lifeless soul.
Like the door opened earlier, it closed again, Ethan got the documents and didn't even bother bidding them goodbye, they were looking sorrowful and a greeting wasn't meant for them.
Rosaria sat down on the couch beside Zoe
" Everyone has a story you know" Rosaria spoke up and Zoe looked at her.
" Yeah like me, I went to the night party with my friends and that was where I got to meet my mate, at that time I was so young and naive, he rejected me, said I was just an omega, too weak for me and what next..." Rosaria continued and paused for a while.
" He slept with my best friend and rejected me, even after being rejected I felt dejected, and all he could still say was, I wasn't fit for him and months later he came looking for me, I still accepted him, because of love and fate but what I didn't expect was that he would sleep with my own blood sister." Rosaria sighed and Zoe blinked repeatedly trying to process the story she was narrating.
" And that mate is Ethan" Rosaria completed and Zoe opened her mouth in shock.
" At least you have a wolf." Zoe replied.
" I met Antonio at a bar in my pack, had a one night stand with him and the next thing I know is me being his play thing." Zoe briefly narrated, at this moment Rosaria was already in tears, sobbing profusely and Zoe wiped her tears.
" It hurts a lot, and to think that not even an apology came from him ." Rosaria muttered under her breath.
" So touching and who do we have here, two weaklings." Rachael said as she walked into the living room, she was ignored, Zoe and Rosaria focused on the TV and left Rachael to deal with her internal battles.
It was 6pm already, Zoe checked the door knob each time to see if it'll be twisted, she was waiting for Antonio. Just as she least expected, Antonio came in with his black suitcase, he was putting on a white shirt and ash pants.
" Good day Alpha." Zoe stood up and greeted him but she was replied with a nod.
" Oh Tonio." Rachael shouted on top of her voice. Her feet made irritating and annoying sound when it meets the ground each time.
" Here comes his Luna." Zoe thought to herself still standing and bowing, she was pushed away by Rachael in her attempt to reach Antonio's side, as she got to his side, she collected the suitcase from it and caressed his whole body, he seemed to be enjoying it, he made no effort to stop it, it was disgusting.
Zoe, she fell on the couch after being pushed by Rachael, several times she looked at Antonio to see his expression but he cared less about her .
" Is someone getting jealous?" Rosaria teased as she approached Zoe .
"No, why wo...uld..I?" Zoe stuttered.
" It's all over your face." Rosaria sat down and touched Zoe's shoulder.
" I'm not." Zoe defended.
" I've gotten a solution for you to be out of this mess." Rosaria whispered into her ears.
" How will I?" Replied Zoe in a low voice.
"Come closer." Rosaria demanded.
