Alex winced as Kyle’s power wrapped around the Sundered One, he had that brief moment, thinking he would just contain his attacker. Then he lashed out with his power and blades until the last of his attackers fell at his feet. They had half-thought they had enough of them to take a couple of the Sundered. As it turned out the one Kyle had just dispatched had been the only one left alive, since Kyle had rather effectively killed off the others as well. Despite their plans failing miserably in achieving their objective it had been a spectacular display. Veil charge lightning cracking down all around, seemingly at random until you realised all of Kyle’s attackers were being fried in the process.
