The Delegate
Kyle walked through the private entrance at the back of the dais, nodding at the Elite on duty as he passed by, aware he was a little late. He walked up behind Ryan who stood at attention by William’s side as he held court, and he touched him gently on the shoulder. Ryan had pulled morning duty with the king, which is why he hadn’t been too worried about his tardiness. He only needed to relieve Ryan so he could go and attend some of his training session. As trusted as Ryan was, it was either Alex, Jess or himself that pulled duty regardless when important matters of state were occurring.
