Raina rose her hazel eyes to Kaila's dark eyes. She was still laying in her arms. She must have slept off from Kaila's soothing pats on her back.
Wait! Back to what just happened now... Was all that really a dream?
"Lady Raina, the Alpha is back." Kaila informed her.
Raina slowly sat upright, still looking at her. "How do you know?"
Kaila smiled and pointed in the direction of the door. "He's right there."
"Huh?" Raina wasn't getting what she was saying but she did after they both heard a knock on the door.
"He'd knocked earlier when you were still asleep." Kaila explained for better understanding.
Raina looked over at the door and it all started to come back to her. The whole 'dream' thing. She felt like she was about to experience a very long deja-vu.
