"You are back" Caily propped herself up on the bed, her gaze on me with a light smile on her face.
I walked further into the room, not particularly returning her smile but not frowning either.
I joined her in bed, picking her up and dropping her on my laps.
"That was an important call, wasn't it? See why you should have picked it up?" She asked, fingers gently drifting into the tip of my hair.
"Right. That was an important call but it's more important for me to talk to you about this."
The smile on her face vanished, her brows creased with worry.
