“Cassie’s death was just as sudden too,” the Professor said suddenly, and Myra turned from the window to look at him.

“Cassie’s pregnancy was easy. Even the prenatal visits had shown that everything was just right, which was a miracle seeing that we were an old couple.” He blushed in embarrassment.
“When the contractions started, we were giddy with excitement. We were about to meet our princess. But I had no idea that I would be the only one to meet her.”
