A FRIENDLY VISIT

At the Silver moon pack, Kai, the Alpha of the pack was enjoying the cool of the evening. His expression is solemn.
The guards were stationed at the far end of the garden and did not dare to go any closer. Kai is one who can detect sound easily and he does not treat one who disturbs his peace lightly.
Axel, walked into the garden with a grin on his face, Kai turned to look at the incoming figure, his eyes blazed with anger, realizing who it was, the anger in his eyes dissipated at a faster rate.
“Calm down will you?” Axel said, gently patting him at his back.
Kai sighed, Axel was the only one who could play with him without bothering to know the consequences of his actions.
“It's been a long time since we last met,” Axel added.
Kai walked into the throne room with Axel following suit.
“It's good to see you, what brings you to our lands?” Kai asked.
“Just thought that I'd drop by and see how you are faring,” Axel replied.
“And just maybe convince you into getting a mate,” He added.
Kai looked at Axel, an hidden glint could be seen in his eyes.
“I’m not a fan of having a mate, at least not yet,” Kai said.
Axel chuckled.
“Same old message, you have been giving me the same reply for centuries” Axel said.
“I’m starting to think that you are afraid of having a mate” He added.
Kai laughed.
“Afraid? Me? Don't make sure ridiculous statement, I'm not interested in having a mate at the present moment,” Kai said.
Axel grinned
“Well…… I am not giving up on you, I will keep pestering you until you find a mate,” He said.
Kai chuckled, shaking his head.
“You've got to be kidding me,” Kai said.
Silence ensured among them as they enjoyed each other company.
“You know Axel,” Kai began, breaking the silence.
“I appreciate your concern, but I am happy the way, I am, I do not need a mate to complete me” He added.
Axel nodded, having a serious expression on his face.
“I know that Kai, and I respect your decision. But I also know that you are not getting any younger,” Axel said.
“As your friend, it is my duty to make sure that you are happy and fulfilled”. He added.
Kai smiled, feeling grateful for his friend's concern.
“Thanks Axel, that means a whole lot to me” Kai said
.
Axel grinned, patting Kai at the back.
“Anytime. Now let's go get dinner. I'm starving”.
Kai looked at Axel mischievously.
“You freak me out anytime you give me that look,” Axel said.
Kai could not be bothered by him as he left the throne room heading to the dining hall, Axel followed suit.
As they walked to the dining hall, Axel turned to look at Kai with a mischievous glint in his eyes.
“You know Kai, I have been thinking, Maybe I could help you find a mate, I have got a few connections with other packs…” He said.
Kai groaned laughing.
“Axel no, not at all, I can take care of myself, thank you very much” Kai said.
Axel raised up his hands in mock surrender.
“Okay, Okay. I won't push the issue, for now at least,” Axel said.
Kai raised an eyebrow, grinning.
“I am watching you, Axel” he said.
As they enjoyed the dinner, Axel had an uneasy expression on his face, Kai saw it and sighed.
“What's the matter?” Kai asked.
“I don't know, I feel uneasy all of a sudden”. Axel said.
“Could you lead me to a private space, I have a weird feeling that the message that would be coming forth is more personal than I think,” Axel said.
Kai sighed and looked at his friend, one minute he can be jovial, another minute he can be serious.
Axel and Kai were in Kai's chambers, the only sound that was been heard was the cracking of the fire that burned in the hearth.
Axel leaned forward, having a mysterious aura surrounding him.
“Kai, my friend,” He began, his voice sounding deep and ancient.
“I have seen something. Something that concern you, and your future,” He added.
Kai's eyes narrowed, his interest piqued.
“What is it?” He asked, his voice was low, afraid that he would disturb Axel.
Axel looked at him, his eyes was completely blue.
“I have seen a woman,” He began, his voice was in a whisper.
“A woman with a black hair and curls at the tip,and blue eyes, She is coming for you Kai. She is coming to change your life forever”. He added.
Kai's eyes widened, his mind racing with endless possibilities.
“Who is she?” He asked, his voice was in a whisper form.
Axel eyes returned back to normal as he looked at Kai with a serious expression on his face.
“I do not know,” He replied.
“I do know that she is important. She is the key to your future, Kai. And you must be ready to face her when she comes” He added.
A nonchalant look could be seen on Kai's face.
“What do you mean? She's the key to my future?” He asked, his voice barely above a whisper.
Axel eyes gleamed with ancient wisdom.
“I meant that she would bring great change to your life, Kai.” He said.
“She will challenge you and push you to your limits. But she would also bring great rewards if you are brave enough to take the risk”.
Kai's eyes widened, his mind racing with endless possibilities. He was unaware of what the future holds but he was ready to face it head-on.
“I am ready,” Kai said.
“I am ready to face what challenges that comes my way,” He added.
Axel eyes showed approval, proving that he could see the determination in Kai's heart.
“I knew I could count on you, Kai,” he said, his voice having a mysterious aura in it.
“You are a true warrior and a true leader, I have no doubt that you will emerge victorious at the end”. He added
