Brenda’s POV I believed my past was behind me. But it unexpectedly knocked on my door. After a heated discussion with our supporters, Tony and I had just arrived back at the safehouse. I was still thinking about Victor, the man I had once trusted, and the air seemed thick. I entered the kitchen to get some water, but I was halted when I noticed that there was a person seated at the table. He rose slowly. My heart fell. "Leo?" I said.
