The dinner and the evening that followed went better than what I thought it would do. My mother and Dan was really kind and welcoming to Mya. Dare I say that they have taken Mya under their wing as one of their own. Shame this is the last time they’ll see Mya. I had been watching Logan most of the evening even though I tried hard not to. Mya could see me struggling and suggested I talk with her to my brothers. Peyton and Easton really enjoyed her company, but Jasper had disappeared the second Mya came into the room. Jadyn didn’t talk to her much and Logan just stayed quiet, with a conflicting face. She looked like she was having an inner battle with herself. If an outsider saw the scene, I would expect them to comment about the awkwardness.
