Prince’s words kept playing all over again and again inside Peyton’s head. It was the only thing he has been thinking for almost an hour already since the time Prince mentioned it to him. He got disconnected with what was happening around him after that moment. When Prince left him on his spot near the entrance of the church, his eyes were fixed at Anthony who was approaching the direction where Cherry and her friends were. He thought that what he was seeing was just normal. Cherry and Anthony were friends before they became a couple. Their friendship might be slowly getting back to normal.
But the Peyton saw Cherry talking with Anthony for the whole time in the church bothered him. He did not know why, but there’s a strange feeling crawling in a slow pace as it swallowed him bit by bit.
