~Nancy POV~ I am awakened by soft rays of sunlight slipping through my thin cotton curtains. The brightness hits my eyes immediately, reminding me how inconvenient this window placement is for someone who values sleep the way I do. If I ever want extra morning rest, I will definitely have to change the position of this bed. When I reach for my phone, still half-asleep, I’m surprised to find three messages from Will, all sent only minutes apart. The first says Good morning, beautiful. The second asks how my night was.
