Chapter EightThe next morning, Homeland Security had applied enough pressure on the City Administration for them to launch a full-scale investigation into the g**g wars plaguing Brighton Beach. Mayor John Jordan called Commissioner John Martin onto the carpet, and he in turn let loose on Chief Joel Madden and Captain Willard.
