First Mission and Information Gathering

"What a strange pillar it is" (Albus)
Its been two days since that duel and I Albus Sommerfield is currently looking to a strange pillar within a shrine inside the forest and if you are wondering how I ended in this situation let's rewind a bit when I've got my first mission from the adventure's guild
"What a peaceful morning" I muttered when I woke up in the inn. As I stretch my body I rise up prepare myself and take a bath in the bathhouse near the inn and take my breakfast inside the inn.
Looks like I'm all set and prepare to go get my first guild mission in this world I fired myself up and went to the guild and as I step into the doors of the guild the other adventurers look at me and whispers to themselves.
"Hey its the guy who quickly promoted to B-rank by taking the entrance examination"
"No way he must bribed the higher staff to promote him"
"No its not true I hear that guy beaten the Miss Rin in her berserk mode during the guild battle entrance examination"
"Really!? So he must be a monster in a human body like miss Rin"
" Maybe ..."
Hey I'm not monster you know, I'm just an overpowered reincarnated person you know! I was thinking that when a guild staff beckoned to come at her counter
"A wild boar subjugation request? " I inquired when the guild staff handed me a paper containing the request
"yes! It is an urgent request by village south of this town" the guildstaff said to me
"Why this request assigned to me? "(Albus)
" It is the guildmaster who assigned to you this request and by the way the guildmaster told me to rely this message to you" (Guildstaff)
"What is the message?" (Albus)
"That quest is serves you as your training for basics of adventuring if you want to travel" (Guildstaff)
"ehh!?" I flustured how the guildmaster know what my goals?
"Based on your expressions, you look you didn't know guildmaster mind-reading ability?" (Guildstaff)
"What!? that mena- I mean guildmaster has that kind of ability!?" I yelled with shock what kind of overpowered skill is that?
" Yes! he was know as the "Thousand Eyes Blademaster" in his former adventurer days due to his skills and also he was feared even in other kingdoms because of that" (Guildstaff)
Looks like the guildmaster of this town is really overpowered but why he didn't help me during the rampage of Miss Rin? Maybe he knows I can defeat her.
"What a cunning guildmaster" I muttered
"What did you say?"(Guildstaff)
"Ah! N-Nothing I thinking myself...by the way do you have map of this town and its surrounding villages?" (Albus)
"Yes its posted on wall near the request board"
" Ahh thanks ...Umm..."
" Its Rylai... Rylai Wynn... at your service" She said with a smile
I shuddered with that smile.... I remember my uncle's suffering with his wife in my past life when I saw that smile its really similar when his wife was planning something nasty
"A-anyways I-I'll be my own way"
" Okay take care..." she smiles at me again
Scary...Really Scary......Nah.. no time for that for dealing I'm gonna check the map since my map is a continent map its shows only the kingdoms and other landmarks its better to know more about this kingdom and its surroundings towns and village
"hmm.. the village is northeast of this town better to memorize this map" I muttered
After checking and memorizing the kingdom's map I ask the senior adventurers how to get there and they said to ride a carriage from here or take a whole day walk from here so decided to take carriage and while travelling I talked to other passengers about this kingdom.
The kingdom's name is Regno and it is located in eastern edge of this continent surrounding with 3 other kingdoms in north ,east and west respectively separated by the Draco mountain range and an ocean on its south this has two titles, the one is called "redditus limes regno hominum" or in common tongue is called " the frontier of the human kingdom" because is the first human kingdom when entering the continent. Its second name is " lunata nusquam regnum " or the crescent kingdom due to its crescent shape territory. The capital Lunamare is located center of the kingdom and also a port city and surrounded by the small towns and villages but mostly of them are port towns and fishing villages and the town of Sherk is located north of the capital near the border.
After half a day of travel I arrived in the village of Phys and I saw a heavy and gloomy atmosphere lingering around the village.
"I wondered what kind of devastation that boar cause of this gloominess" I muttered as I entered the village and as I walk I saw a boy sitting on a tree stump feeling down. I approached him and ask some questions .
"Hey kid"(Albus)
"What is it old brother?"(kid)
"What happen to this village why it have a gloomy atmosphere here?"
" Because of the boar attacking our harvest"
"Okay... it will be fine kid because this old brother will exterminate this boar" I said while smiling
The kid eyes suddenly widened as I spoke those words then suddenly--
"Hey kid can---"
"EVERYONE THERE'S SOMEONE WILL KILL THAT BOAR!!!" that kid suddenly shouted and started running
And suddenly the villagers started to approach me like a murder of zombie crows from the movie I've watched in my past life barraging some questions
"H-hey stop crowding me I need to ask the village chief about the boar"
They continue to mob me asking questions about how to exterminate the boar until I've arrived in the village chief's house
"Haaaaaaahh....." I sighed
"Hahahaha....sorry about those villagers of mine they got excited when there's an adventurer came to fulfill our request" The village chief said to me when giving some of his tea
"Thanks......Haaaaaah... I feel refreshed" I said after drinking it " So Village Chief can tell what a happen here and about that boar that destroying the crops" I asked
"You can call Al.... you want the information about what happened here and the about boar" Mr. Al said that while introducing.
"Yeah"
"Ohh....okay" Mr. Al said that then he tells me about what he know
It was harvest time when the boar suddenly appeared in the forest west from here although it didn't attack the villagers here the boar started pushed through to fields trampling the ready to harvest crops every night. The villagers tried to divert the boar's track in a different direction but it continued charge through the fields and then the village hunters tried to kill the boar but its hide is tough that arrows bounced off and we cannot approach it due it releases a black smoke that makes weakened when in contact.
"So its means that this boar is unstoppable"
"Yes"
"Hmm... by the way Mr. Al what is the track path the boar takes every night?"
" Umm.. It always appear in the forest west from here passing through the fields and entering to forest in the east crashing into something and return back again to the western forest"
" Crashing into something... Mr. Al is there something in the eastern forest" I wondered
" If my memory serves me right there is a ruins in there"
"Okay... Thanks Mr. Al for the information" I said while standing up
" You're welcome but you gonna exterminate the boar?"
"Yes Mr. Al I've gathered to enough information, I'm gonna kill that boar tonight" I said walking towards the exit as I walked remember something " Oh.. by the way Mr. Al can you please tell the villagers not go out this evening until I exterminate that boar"
" Okay got that Umm..."
"Its Albus... Albus Sommerfield , a B-rank adventurer" I said that as I got out the village chief's house
