The night was growing darker with every passing minute. The intense nightfall breeze along with the sound of owls hooting aloud all around was clearly echoing the entire area. After slowly regaining her consciousness, Sophie breathed heavily, trying to open both her eyes, blinking them softly. She could sense both of her arms were tied hard with a rope behind her back. As her vision began to clear up, she could see herself lying down amidst deep dark woods on the grass facing sideways. Her legs were free as she could move them a little bit. But her body seemed much heavier with an unknown tingling pain all over. Her mind was still feeling dazed and puzzled. The back of her head where she was hit was throbbing with a palpitating sensation which was quite difficult for her to endure.  B
