(Phone ringing)
It was already past evening.
While walking back home, holding the file clutched in her arms and humming a mellow tune, Sophie seemed happy with her gesticulations. But soon enough, she was distracted by the noise of her phone ringing all of a sudden. Her pace halted and quickly, she picked it out from her handbag. The call was from Claire and it was quite unexpected at that time.
"Hello, Claire?"
"Sophie, where are you? Are you heading back home?" Unusually, her voice sounded a bit perplexed, as if she was bothered by something.
"Umm, yes, I am heading back home. But, why do you ask--"
"Sophie, d...did you meet any weirdo or...umm, I mean...any strange person on your way back home who...who was talking about irrational kinds of stuff?"
