Wiping her tears-soaked eyes, slowly she stood up from the ground in a dismayed state.
Nathan was still shocked at her harsh words, standing motionless and staring at her intensely, with his wide dilated pupils.
"Sophie.. wh-what are you--"
"Was it fun?" Before he could finish his statement, an ice-cold stern voice escaped Sophie’s lips as she looked at him all of a sudden.
"Fun?" Gulping hard, he confusingly questioned her back.
"Was it fun to toy with my emotions? Was it fun for you to make a fool out of me?" Gnashing her jaws, she screamed out bitterly with tears of anguish swelling her eyes.
She was clenching her fist, looking devastated at the revelation and trying hard to choke her tears in.
