Elvis my classmate at Kenyatta university was head over heels in love with Ruth our classmate. She was easy on his eyes, her noise was music to him. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, according to Elvis, she had an elegant gaiety, pretty and well spruced countenance. Elvis would get fixated on the same place like a zombie if by any chance got brushed by Ruth. She walked with a swagger flaunting her cloth seductively what exhausted Elvis' energy root and branch. Unfortunately, Ruth was an item with Joseph. She never had an atom of love for Elvis and detested him more than any student in class regardless of the love discerned in him. Elvis was the poorly dressed of all the students, sometimes he could dress as if he was in the hospital ward and sometimes in a prison. I tried to talk to him to avoid that scaring method of dressing but he flouted. According to Ruth, Elvis was a despicable sight to behold. One day, Elvis noticed that Ruth was not attending class and heard a gossip about that she was sick and admitted. Some students planned to visit her in the hospital but never allowed Elvis into the group. He hearkened to the address of the hospital and ward number so that he could go there by himself. Elvis got shocked to see Ruth brushing with death in the hospital and decided to transfer her to India. Elvis rented a house for Ruths' mother from where she visited her daughter in the hospital in India. Elvis flighted back home and he footed all the bills through online. After getting back to feet, her mother narrated the whole process how her classmate saved her life and she was shocked. Automatically Joseph came to her mind and thanked so much and saw the really love in him. She then started planning how she could show him wonderful love after getting back to her country. Ruth was ecstatic when the day to fly back arrived and her classmate who she thought was her boyfriend was waiting for them in the airport to welcome them back home. On arriving in the airport, she was curious to see her boyfriend of the golden heart, her eyes were peeled about without bating to see where he was. She noticed a sumptuous flashy car closing in on them and finally stopped. Aman in black suit and wearing glasses alighted, Ruths' mother quickly jumped to embrace and hug him. She was so shocked and almost jumped out of her skin when she realized it was Elvis who she humiliated badly, her heart was palpitating so rapidly and her mother explained to her how she stood firmly with her when everyone thought she would not make it. Elvis decided to fly her to India due to sluggishness of doctors in the country and footed all the bills. Ruth uttered a word asking about Joseph but the name became strange to her mother and told him that she never had a glimpse of the person. Elvis explained to Ruth that there were no strings attached to all he did for her, he was only saving a life of his classmate and he owes him nothing. He dropped them to their home and as he was poised to go back, Ruth did not let him, she humbly knelt before him begging for forgiveness, for the humiliation and the pains she inflicted on him while he was showing interest in her. They prepared a huge banquet to celebrate Ruths' recovery and her mother humbled before Elvis calling him her son, wishing him to be one. Ruth grinned surreptitiously on hearing that. After the celebration, Ruth insisted to follow Elvis to see his home because she was really moved by Elvis personality and golden heart, Ruth realized that Elvis was a tycoon in disguise. He got lost in a stream of consciousness pondering to figure out whether such a tycoon would marry a woman from a poor family. Her life would be in paradise if she got married to him and always kept prayers for that. One morning, Elvis visited Ruths' home and found her relaxing with both her parents. After a long conversation of life affairs, he proposed to Ruth and she accepted with exuberance. The parents blessed our Union and Ruth was happy to save her destiny by marrying a rich man of her dream. She kept wondering how her life would look like if she had married Joseph. She thanked God for directing her to the right path of destiny.
