Alexa was serious and silent when she went downstairs for breakfast the next day, rejecting any attempt to strike up a conversation. She just drank a cup of tea, after which she returned to her room like a ghost. For the rest of the day, she did not leave her bedroom.
Luckily, she only had that week of vacation left, then she would go back to school and Hanako thought that would be the healthiest thing to do. Taking care of her classes would take away her free time… and maybe she would forget about Santino.
