"PLAYA "

Chapter 4

Rayan got in his car and drove home. He was living alone with no maids, just his gate man. He went upstairs to his room and quickly showered. After that he went to prepare dinner, he got through preparing dinner and was having his meal when his phone rang. It was a call from his dad.... Will Anderson.

"Son..."

"Dad... good evening. "

"Are you home?" Mr Anderson asked

"Yeah. I'm having dinner. "

"Have you thought about what I said?"

Mr Anderson asked, and his son frowned

"Dad...

"No more excuses Rayan, you better get yourself a girlfriend,"

"Dad, you know I'm a Playa."

"And who made you a Playa. For Christ's sake, you are 23. Two years from now, you will be the CEO of my company, and I can't have a Playa running my businesses. I give you a week to find a girlfriend. "

"What?" Rayan gasped

"You hear me at the end of this week. I want you to show me your girlfriend"

Mr Anderson said and off the call.

"This old man,"

Rayan bends his head down to think. He loves his father and wouldn't want to disappoint him, but having a girlfriend was way out of his control.

He decided to call Titus to hear his opinion.

"Dude,"

"The old man wants me to show him my girlfriend by the end of this week."

"Like seriously." Titus eyes widen

"Guy, I'm stock. You know I don't date, I just f**k and go "

"But you're tied here bro"

"That's why I called you. I need your help badly, man. "

"I think the old man is right,"

"Are you nuts?" Rayan snarl

"Dude, you need to settle down. You being a Playa won't take you anywhere ," Titus said, and Rayan scoffed.

"Have you forgotten about my past. "

"I haven't, but you are stock here,"

"Women are scam. They pretend to love you and the next break you"

"If that's right then Sara and I should have broken up a long time ago. She was there when I was down. "

"Yeah, you can happily boast because you have a perfect girlfriend ," Rayan rolls his eyes .

"I'm not saying she's perfect, but can't you see that all girls are not the same. You're afraid of breakdown when you fall in love only because...."

Titus paused for a minute.

"Just think about it bro" he added

"Good night."

Rayan said and ended the call. He starred at the food in front of him ,which he had already lost appetite as memories from 18 years ago came flashing in his head.

His eyes turn red as the pain filled his heart. He suffered a lot just because of this woman that he loved and trusted the most. Because of her, he had to endure a lot, and no matter what, he was not going to let another woman into his life that he fought effortlessly to put back together and just ruined it overnight.

He stood up and pocket his phone.

"Jacob"

He called his gate man.

"Jacob"

"Sir,"

Jacob came running to his boss man.

"There's some food in the kitchen after you are done eating. Please help me clean up.

"Yes, sir."

Rayan went upstairs and locked the door. He had a long day and was really tired. He switched off the light before laying down. When he closed his eyes, Rose face flushed in his mind as he quickly opened his eyes and smiled. He can't wait tomorrow to bully her again.

As usual, he woke up late again. He wasn't bothered since he's considered the smartest guy in the school. He had a quick shower, but order breakfast before that. He got through taking a bath and changed into something nice.

He wore a black shirt, black jeans, black sneakers, and a black hat. He's obsessed with black, he went down and met Jacob setting the table, and guess his order had arrived not too long ago.

"Good morning, sir."

Jacob immediately greeted upon Rayan's arrival

"Good morning," Rayan replied and took his seat.

"Have you cleaned my bike, Jacob?" he asked.

"Yes, sir."

"Ok, you can leave now,"

Jacob stared at his boss and noticed that his mood was blur.

"Are you ok, sir?"

Surprised at Jacob's question, Rayan looked at him

"Yeah, why asked?"

"Nothing, you just seem blur this morning. I will take my leave now. "

Jacob said and walked away. After Rayan got through eating, he grabbed his bag and stepped out of the house where he met his bike well cleaned.

He had a very big compound with many cars. Considering the fact that his father is a multi billionaire and being the only child and the heir to the family. Rayan live in a luxurious mansion. He was 20 years old when he decided to live on his own, not because his dad was boring, but each time he brought his girls home, his father always sent them away.

He got on his bike and put his helmet on before driving out of his compound.

As always, Betwel University is always crowded as a club, and students are like up and down doing what God's knows.

Rayan drove his bike to the parking lot. He could feel eyes on him, but it was a usual thing for the people to star at him, especially the girls. He first headed to the library to do some research. He's an art student studying business. On his way there, he didn't spot Titus. I guess he's not on campus yet.

Since he didn't have morning class, he stayed in the library till break time.

"Uhm, I'm hungry,"

He muttered, rubbing his stomach. He headed to the cafeteria and bought a soda and a chocolate biscuit, and decided to go back to the library.

On his way back, he spotted Rose and a senior student talking. He hasn't seen her since morning. He was upstairs watching Rose and the boy from downstairs. He stood watching them closely like a hunch man

While they were talking, the boy placed his right hand on Roseline shoulder and suddenly Rayan felt angry. He bent the bottle, and the liquid wasted on the boy.

"Auch."

The boy was wet. Rose starred at Rayan, who pretended like it was a mistake. Rayan quickly came downstairs faking concerned.

"Dude, I'm so sorry. It was a mistake. " he said quickly.

"It's ok. I will just go and clean myself in the bathroom. Bye Rose ,"

Rayan watched as the boy left. He turned to Rose with a smirck.

"You did that intentionally ." Rose glared at him.

"Do you have proof?" Rayan smiles

"Why did you do it ?Why?"

He moved closer to her and smirck.

"If I don't get to laid you, no other guy will," he said, and Rose scoffed

"I never knew you were this foolish. Rayan, can't you just accept the fact that you can't have me? "

"I can have any girl I want butterfly "

"And I'm not any girl. I am Roseline Parker, " she said, and he laughed. He always finds her words funny.

"Roseline Parker ok, how about we bet?" he said, and she looked at him suspiciously.

"Ok, the two of us are gonna date for two months and in that two months. If I'm able to make you fall in love with me. I'm gonna have s*x with you for a week, and if you succeed in making me fall for you, which is totally impossible, then you can ask for anything you want me to do. "

At first, she found this ridiculous but gave it a second thought.

"I'm just hoping you won't back down, when I've finally succeeded in making you fall in love with me, and you won't do what I want." Rose said

"I am a man of my word, and besides, I'm a Playa. My heart is a stone. So, just worry about yourself, " he said, and Rose chuckles.

"And I'm a bad girl, and yes, I am worried about how the famous Playa in California will be when he finally falls in love with a baddie."

"Crap, that's impossible." Rayan snarl

"Ok, then let's see how far you can go,"

The two of them stood staring at each other.

"Rayan "

Rayan turned around to see Mara smiling at him, she was looking darmn sexy. Mara, being famous, had everyone looking at her. They were shocked to see a model on their campus, but when she called Rayan's name, then majority of them knew why she was there.

"Mara hi,"

Rayan stood standing right beside Rose, who was still trying to understand what was going on. She thought that Rayan only went for common girls. She never knew he went for rich and famous girls too.

Now she's starting to regret ever betting with him.

"I miss you,"

Mara said and threw herself in his arms. Titus and Anna were right on the scene, trying to analyse everything

"I'm done with my shift. I'm was thinking about us going for lunch."

Rose chuckles as Mara glares at her and looks back at Rayan, who is thinking of how to escape from her.

"Uhm, I..."

Rayan, try to say something.

"That's a yes right...I love you," she said and captured his lips.

For Mara, she couldn't resist Rayan sexy lips. She was enjoying the sweet taste in Rayan's mouth when she felt a cold liquid pull on her head.

She quickly broke the kiss and saw the girl that was beside Rayan with a soda can in her hand and immediately knew it was her.

Meanwhile, Rose did that to get back at Rayan for what he did to the boy earlier

"Are you blind? Are you crazy " Mara yelled

"Sorry," Rose muttered

"Sorry you did that intentionally," Rayan said, and Rose rolled her eyes at him.

"Rayan, who the hell is this girl?" Mara question.

"She is...."

"I'm his girlfriend." Rose interrupt.

The students wisper.

"G... Girlfriend" Mara was beyond shocked.

"You heard that right, Rayan is my boyfriend, and I can't stand the fact seeing you kiss my man,"

The last part got Rayan smiling, but he quickly covered it with a fake frown

"Rose," he called. Try not to laugh.

"Come on baby, tell her, or are you gonna deny me in public?"

She asked, playing with his lips seductively.

He looked at her and saw the " What the f**k are you waiting for" look on her face.

"Rayan, is she telling the truth?" Mara asked, trying hard to control her tears.

"She's right. She's my girlfriend."

Mara closed her eyes to stop the tears that were already flowing down.
