Alina Pov:
I was entirely pissed with Tristan. He had come in the room and we went from a small bicker, to him having his hands all over me. Every girl gets that aroused feeling inside them when a guy touches them the way he did to me.
I was positive of this, and especially when that man was the definition of Tristan. He was lavishly hot, possessive and ruthless. What else could any girl want or need? Any girl who passed upon him, I was sure they'd go crazy.
When he touched me the way he did, of cos I would react. It was natural for me to feel that way, since he deliberately went for my weak spot.
My mind got fuzzy, and I could think of at that moment was the pleasure I was feeling from his touches and teases. It felt wrong at the same time, for me of course.
I didn't find the strength to be angry with him until the intense rapture in me settled down and washed away. My anger was over the edge, and I couldn't even start to explain how much I wanted to seriously chop his head off his body.
He obviously enjoyed every moment of my madness and had the audacity to say I enjoyed him. It wasn't entirely a lie, because I did feel something, but who would actually admit that to a man like them.
Try walking in my shoes and understanding my pov, and you'd be the same way. You won't say "Oh yea I enjoyed you roaming your hands all over my body" to a arrogant man like him.Not to forget the loathe I carry for him, and the reasons were already known.
Every girl that even gets a chance with him won't waste time to get him between their legs, and have him devour them for hours. The looks I have seen girls give him in these few days justified my thoughts correctly.
Of course they wanted every inch of him, to taste and feel, and to use for their fun and pleasure as well. I didn't want him though.
I didn't want anyone or anything besides my belongings and to leave this place. This was not something I did everyday.
It may seem my attitude about this place changes every second, one moment I'm in love with it and next I want to run away from it as soon as possible.
Well the truth is the place was eye-openingly beautiful, but this wasn't what I wanted. I didn't want to be held in a mansion across the city, with the same man who gave me the most intense pain.
The forever pain in your heart when your most beloved person dies, in my case, My father.
I got up, walked into the closet and retrieved a pair of pants off the rack of hangers.
I put some shoes on and ran out the door, looking forward to giving that asshole a piece of my mind. I boomed through his bedroom door, ready to curse the living daylight out of him, but that didn't happen.
When I walked in, the room was completely silent. I could only hear my loud, booming entry in the room radiating off the walls. I looked everywhere, but he wasn't there.
"Where are you, you piece of s**t asshole..." I murmed in fury.
I walked out of the room, and headed down a hallway towards his office. I remembered passing by his office when he walked me to the living room and kitchen.
His office door was shut and without thinking, I let myself in with no regards for anything or anyone on the other side of the door. Though once again, the moment I walked in, I was gifted with silence and emptiness. He wasn't in his office either.
"Where could that bastard have gone so fast?" I asked myself with frustration.
I walked out again, shutting the door behind me. I turned a few corners here and there, and I soon found myself in the living room again.
What if he left the house altogether? I wondered.
Out of curiosity, I opened the door and walked out. At the far end of the road, I could see an elegant car leaving. Somehow, I just knew it was him.
"Where the hell is he going anyway?" I didn't actually care that much, but he just up and left the moment I had the courage and strength to let out all my anger and frustration upon him.
"Ma'am please come back inside. You are not permitted to leave the premises according to Mr. Turner. If you don't willingly come back inside, we will escort you back." I heard a deep manly voice next.
Turning around, I was met with two guards who held that intense look on their faces. They weren't joking one bit. I was tired of being told what to do by people I didn't even know. How uncool was that?
"Whatever," I rolled my eyes at them and stomped back inside the huge mansion. I knew my way around just a little, and I planned to go back to the room I was staying in.
I didn't do this though. When I turned in the direction of the room, I stopped and turned around to face the direction of another corner and hallway.
I haven't been down this hallway, I wonder where it leads to? I wondered in my mind.
Interest took over me, and my curiosity caused me to forget my plans to go back to that room. It wasn't the best idea, hence I had no clue what I would walk into and see or find, but you know how it is when you can't help but be curious about something.
I walked down the hallway, taking slow steps for caution. There was two corners, one left and one right. I kept looking back and forth, wondering which way I should go.
I decided to turn right and continued walking anxiously, hoping I'd be able to find my way back to that room after all the turns I took.
Ever part of the mansion was elegantly ravishing and held power. Some parts of the mansion I have seen looked intimidatingly intense, while the other parts of it were jaw dropping amazing and caught my full attention. I still have yet to see this entire mansion.
Taking another turn, I started to see a bright light on another corner. I turned again, and kept walking. I stopped in front of a huge doorway that looked beautiful.
I opened the door and found myself outside. My eyes got wide and my jaw literally dropped out of amazement. There was a huge circular-shaped pool, along with two jacuzzis on the other side.
The path - sidewalk was clean and started from where I stood, all the way down and then it split in two, one left leading to the pool, and one right leading to the jacuzzi.
I stepped out of the house and started walking down the path. There was a water fountain close by and it was beautiful.
The fountain had a girl and a boy holding hands while kissing, and the water was formed around them in a heart. It almost made my heart want to cry out, looking at the beautiful fountain.
On the other side, there was a stone that resembled the water fountain but it didn't have water. It looked like the same boy, and the same girl but it was a saddening view to look at.
The boy had his head down while holding the girl by the waist. The girl looked like she had died or was dying, or something bad happened to her. It seemed she would fall at any minute. I felt as if the boy had something to do with it but I could be wrong.
This stone creeped me out and I found myself wondering what it meant or if it meant anything at all. The crying out heart in happiness I felt had died down and was replaced with cries of sadness from looking at that stone.
Who would want any stone like that at their home? Who would want to look at that everytime they came outside.
It didn't make sense to me and I didn't have the energy to figure it out. My head went to Tristan after a while.
I wonder where he took off to? It's not fair he gets to leave freely and I get orders from strange guards of his telling me that I have to go back in a house I knew nothing about. What a life to live huh?
The water in the pool was clean and glistening. I wasn't in the mood to swim or get wet, but it was nice looking at it. I could see my reflection reflecting off the shiny blue water.
I felt drawn to the pool somehow. Sitting down by the pool, I rolled my pants up and stuck my feet in the cool water. It felt really good on my skin.
The water relaxed me a little, and I looked around at the beautiful view in front of me. Who knew someone like Tristan could own this? He was a symbol of darkness, so this was a little shocking for me.
I stayed like that for I don't know how long, could have been hours but I wasn't keeping track of time. I assumed that I fell into a nice dream while sitting here, because I was startled and snapped out my daze when I heard rustling around me.
Tristan Pov:
"Well......I will need your help with him.." I started.
He raised an eyebrow and nodded his head back and forth.
"The bastard decided to come back for more. He wants to take over my company and I won't allow it. It's time to teach him a once and for all lesson." I finished.
"They never learn do they? Well I'm all for your plan, but I'll need a few extra details from you." He replied casually.
"Have you ever ran into the last name Maddox? Bryce Maddox to be precise?" I asked him.
"Might have heard of it once or twice. What's it gotta do with this exactly?" He looked confused a little.
"He's another prime factor in Leonard's plan and I will need to eliminate him as well," I told him in a serious tone.
"Ah gotcha," He nodded again.
We continued discussing the two bastards and looked for more information on Bryce. We went over a few details for the plan we were soon going to rule out.
His phone dinged with a notification, he picked it up and checked the message.
"Sorry man, can we finish our discussion later on? I have some business that needs my attention," He asked me.
"Yeah, just let me know when you get some free time on your hands and we can finish this then," I replied.
We said our goodbyes and I left the next moment. I drove back to the mansion, wondering what she has been up to since I have left.
I had called my team and gave specific directions not to let her out of sight nor let her go anywhere besides her room and open areas that were not off limits for her.
I pulled into the driveway and went inside. The first place I went was to her room, just to see if she was there or not. When I walked in, she wasn't there.
I walked out and checked a few places she has already been or where I think she would be. When I didn't see her in any of those places, I checked with security and asked if she left.
"No sir, she walked outside but we came and asked her to willingly go back inside. The girl didn't argue, we walked right behind her and made sure she went back inside." One of the securities told me.
So that means she is here, but now my question was where? I walked back inside and checked almost everywhere for her. I called for her a few times too, but there was no response.
There were only a few places I haven't checked yet. Strolling down the west wing of my mansion, I headed towards where the pool was located.
Opening the door and going outside, I looked around for her. I found Alina by the pool, her feet in the water and her eyes were closed.
The sun was hitting her face, and the wind was blowing her hair in different directions. She still looked beautiful though, maybe even more beautiful.
I didn't acknowledge her or let her know of my presence. I stood there for a few moments and simply looked at her. I was gifted with a stubborn beauty who had many problems in life, the biggest she claims I gave her.
She was undeniably a mystery for me that I couldn't understand for the life of me but when I'm around her, she gives me a weird mixed feeling. I adored her features and how perfect she looked at this very moment.
After a while, I started walking up to her by the pool. I accidentally hit a bush while doing so. The sound of rustling caught her attention, and she looked around.
I walked up behind her and she got startled by my voice.
"What are you doing here," I asked her harshly.
"Does it matter," She replied, equally harsh.
I gave a hard glare in her direction, scowling her for talking back with disrespect.
"When I ask you something, you answer me correctly," My voice hinted warning signs for her.
She rolled her eyes at this, and turned back around. I pulled her up and turned her around to face me, our eyes connecting.
"Hey, what's wrong with you!" She yelled at me, quickly moving away from me.
"Next time, I won't be so soft on you when you disrespect me," I looked at her intensely, my eyes boring into hers.
"You call that soft?," She scoffed and her eyes looked in every direction besides mine.
"I could be way harder on you and I promise you wouldn't be scoffing at me. Instead, you'd be in a corner crying your eyes out in pain, or worse." I replied.
She turned her head back to me and gave me an unexplainable look. The next moment she turned back around and started walking away from me without a single word.
"Don't walk away from me when I am talking to you!," I roared in anger at her carelessness and disrespectful actions.
"Aren't I doing that already," She yelled at me unaffected.
I picked my pace up and grabbed her by the waist, in no way soft. I jerked her back and she let out a loud gasp at the harshness in my touch.
"Let me go!" Alina screamed in my face and attempted to kick me but I stopped her from doing so.
I held her in a tight grip, almost crushing her soft body without a care in the world at that moment.
"You're hurting me," She tried to get me to loosen the grip around her, and I did, just a little bit.
"Where are you taking me to," She asked me but I completely ignored her.
"Stop talking," I grunted angrily.
"NO I WILL NOT," Was the next thing I heard her scream in my ear.
She would surely give me another headache with her big loud mouth. I pressed my hand on her mouth to shut her up, which made her shout and scream even louder.
"Will you shut up, don't you think you have done enough already?" I asked her loudly.
She didn't reply with an answer, she just kept screaming faint curse words at me that I could barely hear....
I brought her back into the house, went straight to my room, and pressed her against the wall roughly.
"Since you wanna act like you can't reply when I speak to you, I will make sure you don't talk at all." I gave her an evil grin and she responded with a horrified and frightful look.
