Delta Command
Lieutenant Ramona Garcia answered the ringing phone on her control panel. She listened and then replied, “Colonel Wade is already on his way to your location.” Ramona hung up the phone and turned back to the electronic board. On the screen were five green dots in a cluster. One of those dots was Rico. Ramona began to think about Rico’s wound. She hadn’t had contact with him for nearly three days now.
Ramona was startled when Colonel Wade rushed into the room and closed the door behind him, “Get Rico on the phone!”
Ramona opened the speaker on the board, and then a dial tone, a click, “This is Delta One.”
