Chapter 14Dillon rushed back and forth between his two soul mates. They weren’t dead, but he could feel their magic ebbing away from them. He summoned his magic and enveloped them within its protective cocoon to keep them in a stasis. Then he clenched his fists and got up on his feet.
“Xavier, please look after them for me.”
Xavier nodded. “I will.”
“Thank you.”
Then Dillon approached the fiery figure in front of him. He knew the man must be a demon, but he had no clue what the stranger’s name was. However, he was positive he hated the damn demon with every fiber of his being.
